S 600 m275 blown head gasket

Hello guys
Recently I drove a car and I was rolling downhill in C mode without any throttle and suddenly white cloud of smoke start from exhoust, massive smoke, and didn't stop. I assume head gasket is blown bcs coolant level dropped. To be honest I am very scared how fix is going to end. I read several threads where people recommended swapping engine... but threads a bit old so I am wondering is anything changed about this sort of problems.
Do anyone have any suggestions or recommendations, can some sealer help or how much is cost of changing head gasket...
Please don't be rough with answers guys (I know everyone on this site are very kind) bcs as I said I am very scared. 😬😔

If you want to drive the car you will have to replace the head gasket, if that is what is really needed! Get a compression test to confirm or donate the car to the red crescent!!

I don't quote on cars I cant repair. Surely there are independent MB shops that would love that job. Loads of labor.

Something similar happened to me in my BMW 330d and it was the turbo. Plenty of white smoke then, with acrid smell.

Get the test to make sure it is the head gasket.
