Folks,

New here in S-Class field. I Have been driving my E550 for 8 years and I'm planning to go ahead and finally upgrade to the S-Class, which in my opinion is the CAR. How does the 2013 year model survive in general? I know all about the Airmatic. I will not need or will not have 4-Matic so I need no comment on those but otherwise?

You won't find an S-class without Airmatic ... unless it's ABC, which is worse.

I'm not afraid about Airmatic, actually I love it. Best suspension there is. I have it in my 2010 E550. Replaced all air springs last fall, which is not bad after 10 years. It is wear item and I'm prepared to take care of it when time comes. Actually you can find parts for S-class Airmatic far cheaper than for my E-class...go figure.
