Rear window stuck

Rear window stuck
2011 S550 4MATIC
Rear driver's side window stuck in the up position. When I try to roll it down I hear the click from the solenoid but window stays in the up position.
Would greatly appreciate instructions or diagram for removing the inside panel and getting to the regulator..

If no problem found upon visual inspection have someone check for current software using SDS (MB diagnostics) menu path: Control units - Seats and doors - DCM-XX – Door control module (Choose DCM with the issue) - Control unit adaptations - Control module programming.
