Random start issues on my 2007 Mercedes s550 167k

So I am going to start a new thread cause this odd. I have replaced starter , starter battery, rear main battery , crankshaft position sensor , fuel pump, fuel filter, coils, spark plugs, ism programmed from dealership . After getting the starter replaced. The car would start intermittently. The suggestion was that it was maybe a relay for the fuel pump. I checked it and it’s good. First thing in the morning the car doesn’t see start up right away . Couple of tries and it starts. Absolutely no rhyme or reason. I wasn’t getting any OBD codes until yesterday. Anyone that can shed light on these codes to send me in any direction that can fix it. I want to say it’s not getting gas or that the gas is bad.

If it is cranking, I don't think I would be overly concerned with those codes for the moment. They are all communication issues, but if it is cranking there has to be communication on the engine CAN. I would go back to basics and start with fuel, spark, compression, timing. If it runs fine once started and restarts warm, my first thought is that it is not getting enough fuel for a cold start. With a new fuel pump and filter, lets assume for the moment that fuel flow and pressure are adequate. The ECU needs to enrich the mixture for cold starting and uses outside air and coolant temperatures to determine this. I would start by looking at these actual values after it sits overnight. They should both be roughly ambient temperature. Obviously, there are a number of other possible issues, but this would be step 1 for me.

Update: the issue was “s “ relay in the trunk. The “s” relay controls the fuel pump. So it was faulty and not allowing enough the pump to kick on and so no fuel was being given to start the car. Once I put a new relay in the car all was good.

all those component, can bus and battery warning are highly normal if you get a low volt battery (which in itself is exceptionally likely on a 221 if you have the key on for more than 15 mins without starting it....)

basically anytime you unlock and open the doors, think battery charger or start the engine (or expect issues....) even with brand new freshly charged batteries. If you can get >30 mins there's something wrong with the car

Both batteries are brand new. The issue originally was that the starter failed. I left the car sitting for 3-4 weeks and had to replace the starter. When I did so my mechanic stated that the rear main battery was dead and needed to be charged. When I went to pick up the car at my mechanic the battery low and not allowing me to unlock the doors using the remote so I had to manually unlock with the valet key. Once I got the car home I decided to bring both batteries to the places I bought them from. One was autozone which was the starter battery and the rear battery was pepboys. Both batteries were replaced. Autozone didn’t test it rather just swapped it out. Pepboys tested the battery and discovered 2 cells had an issue. Once I installed both batteries I still had the issue. I scanned the car and got ton of obd codes. At this point I posted all the codes and Dan and others helped point me in the right direction. What got me over the hump per se was looking on YouTube . A guy described my exact problem. He said it could either be the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay. I was highly doubtful that it would be the fuel pump since I just replaced it 6-7 months ago along with the fuel filter. Just a side note both batteries were less than 6 months old. Even though they were replaced under warranty. All good so far
