cls wheels on s class
Also will 18 wheels fit a w221, they're off a 2019 e 300. I'm told the offset is +43 but I don't believe it.

there's a reason why a car has the wheels and the offset it has....
ride handling (see point above)
clearance for the suspension arms on lock, the brakes and wheel arches
styling is NOTHING to do with it ever
so the fronts matter and the rears can be further out with an impact on handling that may or may not be helpful
