1.Where may I locate the water collected by the Diesel Filter (Mann-Filter WK842/23x)?
This question arose, as I saw a YouTube Video with a SPRINTER possessing an OM642 engine and the fuel filter (listed above) had a valve and a water outlet pipe to drain out filtered water out of the diesel filter element. It was close to the Engine oil dipstick.
2.How often should I empty this out? Is it ok to leave this valve open and let the pipe hang downwards?
