Also, I believe the W221 engages in self-leveling while stationary. It may be that the location in which you are parking has an increase in elevation at the front right side of the vehicle, so the car slightly lowers itself at that corner to keep itself uniformly level. However, you may disregard this notion if you have noticed this issue while parking in different locations with varying elevations and slopes.

It was the ride height sensor, I bought one on Ebay and changed it and now the car sits perfectly fine, no more noise from the peanut gallery. I logically went threw it in my head and noticed a high pitch whine that sounded electrical. I figured since the car didn't travel in the full up position, the only problem would be the sensor and I was right. Thanks,

changing sensors requires calibration
just measure your car on a flat floor and you might see difference
you should now do a full calibration on a flat floor
let me know if you don't understand the angle

Thanks but NO, it didn't need calibrating. The car sits (when locked) at 28.5" at all four corners and 29" when the car is running. They are plug and play, if you do not move the bracket.
