Help!! battery dead, no metal key blade, anyway to get power to the car?
hey guys, my car battery died, and i just found out that i dont have the metal key part (its blank, i bought the car used and never checked it)
does anyone know of any way to get power to the car without being able to open hood or trunk? i spoke to the dealer and they said they can order a replcement blade key but they need the registration which inside the car and my other option would have to be to go to the DMV and wait in line for 4 hours to get a copy of it (gotta love CA)

So are you able to get into the car? You could add power through the cigarette lighter through an adapter. If you can't get into the car, then I suggest calling AAA or a locksmith to get into the car. For AAA, if you have a friend with a membership, they can just call for you, just someone with a membership needs to be present.
