Looking for a replacement ecu for s300 2007 made in Thailand

Apparently my ecu has burned up according to my shop. I am looking for a replacement ecu for a 2007 s 300 which was assembled in Thailand. If you have a reference as to where to get a replacement I would appreciate it. I do have the VIN number. A plug and play ecu would be ideal.

Thanks

Perhaps I need to take immediate actions on my car by capacitor replacement for ECU. At working temperature around 90oC, usually capacitor lifetime around 2000-3000 hours, average speed for South East Asia country around 35-40km/h then capacitor is last around 100.000km only.

few photos related to capacitor burning or degrading due to electrotype leak from capacitor and cause short circuit printed.

Will not be plug & play will need coding and you will have to work around MB theft related part with a third party tuner to clone.

This place is a joke.
M272/3 ECU's are on global backorder with no ETA and it's not looking good with the global chip shortage.

First you need a good ECU (ether brand new or second hand) and then you need to find a shop who have tool (usually the tool making a Mercedes key can help), they can virgin/renew ECU then you can personalize and activation on your car with Xentry/DAS tool. If the shop have Ktag tool, then they can copy data from old ECU and write it to the new one, in this case they need to open both ECU for data reading and rewrite but once done you just need to plug and play on your car.
