Ok..just got my amp out the shop and it works good..but noticed my sub in the back isn't loud that's powered by this amp...I checked the wiring and the previous owner cut the wires from the original amp and ran it to this amp..gonna put the wires back as original to see if my sub bumps like the front does...even when I put the fader to the rear u barely hear the sub...I'm thinking maybe the rca Jack's on this amp has gone bad..but wondering if the Harmon amp would bump harder..

this amp is 1000% better than the one merc used - more power - better sound as it can drive the unit not just waft in the breeze pretending to help the way Merc does it
ripping out any of the three BMW amps (including the HK one - which is the higher cost but worst amp you can have in a BMW) for one of these it the first improvement step most BMW owners install
Omg..my woofer sounds 1000% better the original way....so the other amp has something wrong I believe it may be the Male to female plug..gonna order another plug and see how it does..if it does work..I'll just find another quality amplifier with gain control at least...
well just imagine when u get it running on an amp worth switching on then....

I'm hoping it's just a wiring issue with the JL audio amp...rca Jack's will be here Saturday...want to get 2 12's in a small box for this amp...there's something else added back there too.. not sure if it's stock or not..seems it's how the previous owner had it all wired up..will post it soon, they have a bracket holding it in place sideways and hard to get a good pic of the front..
with a real amp driving the stock sub u will be shocked at the positive change - lets hope its working correctly - they are good quality amps used by lots - yes there are bigger better ones - but bang for your buck, we are talking good higher end hifi, not budget rot
