Synching analog clock
Hi guys…the analog clock in my late father’s 2007 S550 works but does not sync with the Command function. Any tips on how to fix this or what the problem might be? Many thanks in advance.

wow - people still peddling garbage about how to do the clock when a proper fix was released 2 years ago - there is a fault - the car was built with software that forgot how to correctly handle a peculiarity in the way they badly built most older satellites. And after a 19 year cycle ended in April 2019 the car no longer interprets data it receives correctly...
there is a long running thread started on this forum where a member re wrote the software so it can continue to function correctly - this became adopted by Mercedes as an official Mercedes update to cure the fault. However there were a few units that didn't accept the update. In the last week I just found a possible reason and edited a version of the CD disc and two owners have used in the last two days to fix "unsupported comand units". Both are happy campers as their clock and date function just as it did when it left the factory (like nearly everyone else did more than a 18 months ago). No touching or waiting - turn the key and its just correct.
