Crankshaft Area
Hello all,

Can anyone identify what's this? And is it supposed to be sticking out like that?
I noticed this when I was replacing my Crankshaft Position Sensor. Looks weird that it is sticking out.
There is one clamp holding this with a T30 screw. Same type of screw as the Crankshaft Position Sensor..

As you see this is right by the Crankshaft Position Sensor on the back side of the engine on driver's side.

if it doesn't leak and starts its probably OK
