I've had a 2007 w221 s300 for about a year. Our local dealer is saying that the front left airmatic is done. I have looked on ebay and I see plenty of sellers of these parts, but they are all slanted towards US models. I would think the part would be the same across all manufacturing locations, but if someone could confirm that the part would be the same, I would greatly appreciate it. Local dealer is saying it's $600, but looking online I can get what I need for $250 including shipping.

Generally just make sure you get the 4Matic or RWD strut depending on which model you have. Better to confirm with VIN.
