Vibration Only In D + Before Warm Up

I've been searching through forums but looks like my problem isn't common at all. Mine is an S350L with an M272 engine, 50k miles, EU Specs, but apart from the engine, the rest should work like the S550 in the US, of course. This is currently my headache after 3 workshops had no idea what's going on:
+ Car will vibrate significantly only in D and before warmup. Car drives well, good response (In P, R, N all good, quiet, very still before warmup). After like 30 mins of driving, car is perfect again, shifts fine, no more vibration, not even a little.
+ Vibrates most noticeably at 2k RPM, right before shifting. I also feel vibration at the front armrest location at that RPM (should come from the underbody). But again, all goes away after 30 mins of driving.
+ Car has no code related to engine and gearbox, checked multiple times with STAR so I'm sure about that.
+ Vibration really feels like motor + trans mounts are failing but 3 workshops confirmed they're still good. I feel that way, too because if they're failing, car will vibrate the whole time, not just when cold.
+ Things that have been replaced: Gearbox fluid 3 times (Fuchs Titans 7134FE) + filter/gasket, engine oil + filter, gearbox flywheel, MAF sensor, spark plugs, gas pedal, intake manifold + gasket.... All in all, car is in a very good shape, nothing more needed to be changed, all is maintained adequately according to my mechanics.
*After changing MAF sensor, somewhat less vibration, about 20%. Car used to have bank 1 + bank 2 too rich but the new MAF sensor solved that.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated as it's pretty annoying every time I drive the car cold. Thanks in advance!

Check fuel trims when cold and vibrating. If they are adding fuel, then you may have a vacuum leak that goes away warm.

Fuel trims, you mean those in bank 1 and bank 2? No more fault in those banks, engine used to have bank 1 + 2 too rich but after changing MAF sensor + intake manifold, that issue went away. With "too rich" issue, engine was really weak and dumb. The vibration should be serious enough to throw a code, but none in this case. I believe it's mechanical related issue.

You need to check the actual fuel trims when cold and vibrating and compare them to when warmed up and smooth. When you say "used to have bank 1 and 2 too rich" do you mean a code or the actual trims were high? What were they before the MAF and what are they now, when cold, and when hot?

Thanks very much, I'll take that in mind the next time I get the car checked. Before MAF and intake manifold, there were actual codes saying bank 1 bank 2 too rich + intake manifold flaps failed. Car felt really weak and numb, gotta press more gas to run all the time. After. changing those, car is really responsive and faster, works just like it should. However, the vibration when cold, though I have less, still stays until now. No fault code now in system. Mechanic said best was to live with it until it turned more serious.

I should correct myself: too rich means negative trims. That wouldn't be a vacuum leak.
