2015 SL550 & 2012 S550 4matic
Might fit the wheel on the car, but not in the spare tire well like W221 has because W222 has no well, run-flats don't need a spare.

With ccb, I think that is a no go. You really need some measurements. If you don't find out first, I'll try to get some measurements to see if the 16.5 rotor with the caliper would fit. The best option is for a full size wheel but of course no one wants to carry a full wheel in the trunk.
