Hello, I have a 2007 s550 while standing still, GPS shows still moving, will not go into reverse or park, just drive or neurtral
Okay please don't take offense. But for a car that is now 16 YEARS OLD,.....that is not a very substantial oil leak. That is to be expected from a car that old, probably the low back corner of the valve cover or something. Your noise is probably something else unrelated which could be a belt, a pulley or something else. I'm sure the shop will sort it out.
Just a friendly warning... my stepdaughter has a 10 year old BMW that had a tiny oil drip she got soaked by a repair shop $2,400 to replace the valve cover gasket and the oil filter housing gasket. This was a small, tiny leak that she could have easily lived with but got bullied by the repair shop. I myself could have fixed it for $50 in parts

Sounds like a similar problem to mine. My fix was to change abs sensors. My mileage also use to slowly increase when not moving. Doors locked too as it though it was over a certain speed.
