Presafe warning and constant beep

Recently I've been getting a presafe inoperative message that will come and go pretty quickly. It's never stayed on. A constant beep can also sound randomly that won't go off until the car is restarted. It sounds like the parktronic sound when you're about to hit something or extremely close. The sensor bars don't show anything close on the dash or the rear indicators however. The car doesn't have DISTRONIC cruise control either. I might be getting a wheel bearing noise on the front left about the same time this stuff started, but could that cause any of this if a wheel speed sensor bliped? There are no codes or abs lights. No codes in the car under any of the systems. Is the presafe part of the parktronic or is it an abs related system? The constant beep is the most annoying part and I can't find the same systoms by searching so far unfortunately.
