These reminders may not be available anymore as the cars have built-in electronic reminders like 55Greasemonkey posted. Personally I have not seen one myself. This does not mean they don't exist and perhaps the dealer service still carries these for old Mercedes cars that do not have the electronic reminder system yet.

I did get a sticker with another car I owned. And this even though the car was equipped with an oil life reminder. Trouble is the sticker had the wrong date the oil was due to be changed. Rather than some 6K more miles or 6 months from the date of the just completed oil change the date was only a few months in the future. Asked the service advisor and got some nonsense reply that I didn't even bother to remember. The last time I had this car in that service advisor was no longer at the dealer.
