you can swap out the std comand centre screen and add android trash with a much wider aspect ratio so its far less useful to show mapping

huge thread been going for years - if adding children's spec, wide vulgar mess - why not buy a touch screen infected modern car - where the whole thing can keep you busy wiping it clean every 4 seconds and or replacing its as they have a design life of 2 minutes?

I drive older vehicles so I am not hooked on Carplay/Android Auto like some of my peers. But given that I've had several 2000s cars with nav (some with touch, some without), I find the W221 the best overall implementation. I like how many right hand can do everything from the center console area. Unfortunately, outdated maps can be kind of a show stopper so for a road trip I always have Google Maps going on my phone...

yep, if in USA they stitched you guys right up dropping maps in 2015 (so based on 2014 roads) - Europe kept going to 2019, but then you can add this and use the phone on a real screen ?

I have not seen it before in W221 . I think I would buy it if I had owned an W221 because it doesn't look out of place as it does in W212's a similar product
