Steering wheel replacement

I have a new steering wheel for my W216 CL63 AMG. The new steering wheel has different airbag connectors than the old one.
Old connectors/airbag are like this:

Old airbag

The new airbag/connectors are like this:

New airbag

New connectors

First question
Question: which is the best solution?
I think to cut the cable coming from the steering column and then use something like solder shrink connectors to solder the cables from the new airbag to the cables on the car. What do you think?
Or should I replace the connectors? Are there other ways to do it?

Second question
If I'll solder the cables, are the cables colours the same on the new airbag (new green goes with old green, new blue goes with old blue and so on)?

DONT CUT ANYTHING!!!
use a pick tool or small flat head and remove your oem connectors yellow green
do the same on the new bag blue and yellow.

swap the oem connectors into the new bag. plug the oem harness in
