W221 sensor speaker (for sensors/reverse beeping sound)

Hey guys,

My car has been having some repairs recently, and after having it I figured out that the beeping sound for the sensors and the reverse coming from the dashboard has changed as if the relevant speaker is damaged.

Any clue where is this sound coming from exactly and how to fix/change that speaker?

My car is japanese specs if that helps.

Thanks in advance!

the slightly different tones front and back come out of the car speakers - there may be a module where the volume can be adjusted between 0 and 100% - on later cars with visible sensors the PTS unit (on most Mercs) can be adjusted with dealer tools. A 20% change is not much louder -- I just adjusted this on my father's car and went form 80 to 100% and I'd say they are now at what I would have a min possible....

In my case the sound is coming from the dashboard, not from the speakers (at least that's what I'm feeling here).
The issue is not with the volume though, it's more like the speaker for that sound is damaged somehow, but I don't know where that even is.
