Question w221 s600 cooling fan runs high speed

こんにちは、トシキです。日本ではw221 s600を持っています。ごめんなさい、私は英語が苦手です。
1週間前、車には「冷却水温度が高い」という警告灯だけが表示され、文字も表示されませんでしたがその時は 冷却ファンは回ったら止まったりしていましたが、今は冷却ファンは大丈夫です。そこで昨日サーモスタットの 水温センサーを交換したのですが、コールドスタートから冷却ファンの回転が速くなります。暖気運転もせず、 水温メーターも常に0℃ですがメーターは壊れていません。obdテスターではP0117が表示 されました。

Mercedes running cooling fans at full speed and not stopping - is a common issue when something is wrong - and can often continue with the key out till the battery goes flat

Few seem to understand the driver - on another forum last year a number indicated its a communication issues with the engine ECU and or canbus errors
However in another thread about cooling issues on his v8 this week - I now suspect the cooling system thermostat will be a silly modern one that heats up when commanded by the Engine ECU's to rapidly change coolant flow - when the heater breaks some brands force the cooling fan full on (to partially compensate for severely restricted coolant flow)

checking parts for the thermostats on the M273 5.5 V8 yesterday they were saying they have opening setpoint of 100C which seems is very high (if they don't have electrically heated assistance) https://auto.howstuffworks.com/cooling-system8.htm
