Rear suspension rebuild

Im at 200k miles and have recently replaced 2 rear suspension items and want to buy the rest but I am very confused and all the terminology between sites. Tried looking for a complete kit but could not find.

Im doing all front and found kits but not rear.

Any suggestions?

You are right--it is super confusing. I plan to do what you do, and have bought a few parts. There are four variations of 'control arms' in the rear, on each side. My suggestion is to go to the MB parts catalog at the link below (you will probably need to change from CL so S), and piece it together from there. To make matters more confusing, places like Rock Auto often call the pieces by slightly different names. If you want aftermarket parts, you need to start using the MB parts catalog to cross reference actual part numbers at a place like Rock Auto. There is very little, if any, videos online about how to do this on a W221 or W216...please consider providing us here with some video or photos regarding doing the job.

Thanks! That parts catalog helped. I'm getting them from Rock Auto. Not bad for $367 but going to have my mechanic do the work.
