Is this possible just by swapping projectors?

i have a car mercedes s w221 2013 from Japan, and there you drive on the other side. I live in Austria and would like to replace the projectors in my car in the hope that only by replacing the projectors will the car's headlights comply with EU regulations again. Is this possible just by swapping projectors?

Some say there's a lever in each headlamp for this purpose:

I have searched for a long time for this lever but cannot find it anywhere. I was able to adjust the lights on the right side, but it is not the asymmetrical light required in the EU. Thank you.

I had an old Omega that had the lever - it was a cheap nasty metal tag sitting to the side of the bulb.... that I think went up and down.... it took the flip up to light passenger side kerb, to flat for foreign lands

a 221 ought to have ability somewhere but not sure it does....
