Dtc p2227
Anyone ever get this code? P2227… I am guessing that my MAF sensor got dirty during the sanding of my car before it was repainted.

your title says 2777 - but highlighted is 2006
2006 is the inlet manifold - internal flaps swap from low rev to high rev switch over to smooth torque curve... and is probably the stupid linkages at the front or a vac hose fell off and or the internal flaps self destructed (another german designed to fail engine wrecking imitative)
2777 is a generic gearbox code
Activation of the appropriate steering wheel control initiates upshifting. The signals are transmitted to the transmission control module (TCM) via CAN (Control Area Network) protocols. Code thrown when a high signal level in the upshift switch circuit

I read it wrong too..
P2227 MAP fault ?
Engine ECU relies on a varying number of measurements to accurately provide the engine with the optimum air/fuel ratio. Typically, Barometric Air Pressure (BARO) sensors are used when Absolute Manifold Pressure (MAP) sensors are also present.
BARO sensors are used to measure atmospheric pressure. This value is integral to determining fuel mixtures. Because the engine control unit needs to compare the atmospheric pressure with the pressure in the intake manifold. In order to fine-tune the fuel mixture to suit the needs of the driver during a particular period of travel.
The error code P2227 can mean that one or more of the following problems have occurred:

- Faulty or damaged barometric air pressure sensor (BARO).
- Damaged or frayed connector of barometric air pressure sensor.
- Damaged wiring.
- Mechanical failure causing change in BARO readings.
- Clogged catalytic converter.
- Severe exhaust leaks in front of oxygen or NOx sensors.
- Faulty throttle position sensor.
- Faulty or contaminated mass air flow sensor (MAF).
- Manifold pressure sensor has failed.
- Faulty intake air temperature sensor (IAT).
- Engine in poor mechanical condition or persistent ignition timing codes in one or more cylinders.
- Sometimes the cause is a faulty PCM module.

I found the sensor ordered from Amazon will be here today. It’s a Bosch part. The plastic piece that the sensor mounts on is very brittle I am sure cause of the continuous heat. Does anyone know the part # to the plastic mounting part # for the MAP sensor.

OK what does part 50 and part 60 do here ?

and why are they, plus throttle body part 100 missing from the correct drawing ?

Already solved that issue. The new sensor came and no codes need the bracket it is on. Anyone know the part #

The part I have but mounts on to a piece of plastic which held to the manifold by an e8 bolt .. I need that part as well
