anyone reading these ads and wondering if its all bling and no substance - worry not
I've had software work done by main dealers and expert independent garages - always at huge costs and with average results, and when it gets tricky, they steal the money, back out and give up
that's not the service you get with BenzNinja he stays with it and has more skills than the rest put together - his ability to wiz around the tools and get at elements of the cars software is light years in-front of the rest, and if its possible he'll sort it out
and a great bloke to boot...

Hello everyone,
I decided to give it a shot with this exclusive service and bypass dealerships. I am glad I followed through by ordering the gear @BenzNinja recommended (reader, laptop, cables, hard drive), patiently waited for the setup (I did not have to do much, honestly) and off I went to a new adventure. I paid about $600 for the hardware and $500 for the lifetime service.
I was skittish about not having a mechanic work on my 2001 S430 which I recently bought with a little under 18k miles on it. But on a second thought - why not taking up the challenge and doing as much as I can on my own? Turns out that was the right and very rewarding decision.
This service is exclusive, indeed, with immediate turnaround. As soon as I reach out to @BenzNinja , I get immediate response. The maestro probably never sleeps.
I was in awe watching him remotely connect to the laptop and instantaneously figuring out what is going on. He told me my S430 was in tip-top shape with the latest firmware. Few days later, I started having problems with distronic, or the cruise control in MP parlance. I was not happy - had I taken my car in, that would have been a $1,400 repair.
Here is what I did instead. I reached to @BenzNinja and he figured out the problem and the solution within less than 5 minutes. There was a part he sent me a link for which I purchased for $65. He pointed where the part was located which I was able to replace in less than 20 minutes. Then he connected to the computer again to check all the codes, and the last thing he said was: "Everything looks good, enjoy your car, man!"
I am still in disbelief, feeling proud of myself - effing awesome!
