2007 s550 cd player

CD stops at 32 seconds. What’s the issue? How to fix it?

likely worn out

replace whole comand system or get a specialist to fit a new drive / laser
you should retain the drive for vehicle maint not deliberately wear it out till you can't fix the car

08' S550, 19' GLS450

It is possible it could be because of a faulty voice control module or satellite radio module. They are both located in the trunk on the drivers side. To figure out if either one of these are faulty, you need to buy a fiber optic loop and connect it to the fiber optic connector of each module and see if you get your function back.
