Does anyone know what hose is about???
Now my main question is, what is this hose?? has it caused me a big problem?? what is the hose connected to? the one i circled, is it an alternator ??
It injects fresh air into the exhaust after a cold start to heat up the cats quickly (with unburnt fuel from extra-extra rich injection).

By the way "std coil" is the same as ignition coil, right ??

The hose just gets clean filtered air from the airbox to the air injection pump. The pump just sends fresh air to the exhaust manifolds for about 30 seconds after a cold start. Disconnected means the air hasn't been filtered. Pump damage is unlikely but its an inexpensive part anyway.
Misfire is not definitely ignition system problem, as fuel/air mixture could be too lean to ignite ... that a vacuum leak.
If misfire code x0x is accompanied by code x5x the problem is the coil.
