Recently on 2010 S550 W221 “POWER STEERING MALFUNCTION” flashed on the cluster for a period of 5 seconds on one instance and for another 5 seconds on another instance. Now I have been advised to replace the electric steering pump. Can anyone advise if we have to do an any kind of software update or load after replacing this unit.
