what is the difference in the adjustment for out bound rear seats if you only have warmth & comfort & if you have warmth & comfort + rear seat pkg.

Is it only that the headrest is more adjustable?

Does the center armrest setup change?

The Rear Seat Package gives you a leg rest for the right rear seat, plus pillows and adjustability for the head rest. It still retains the five place seating setup.

The Executive Rear Seat Package PLUS, which you can only add after choosing every other interior option, is the package that changes the S from five place seating to four place seating with the center being a console.

I am from central Pennsylvania and decided to stop by sun motors in mechanicsburg to see the 2014 s class. I can say it was a sweet surprise to see it in person. It definitely surpassed my expectations. Have nothing bad to say about the car at all. Very impressed. It was a silver 550 sport. With almost every interior option. Interior was black nappa with burl walnut trim. This car is for demonstration only.

Yes, I did a test drive at a dealer in Chicago Today. Very nice car. To bad I have to wait till December before my delivery gets to me. Don't think I can wait that long...

The car they had was a Silver Sport Pkg car. They refused to sell it to me.

The dealers cannot sell the demo even if they want to - they will get major blow back from MBUSA

I guess it beats the purpose of a demo if they sell it. Much better than checking it out at a motor show. You can get some good one on one time with the car this way.

Other than the overall improvement in interior quality, I was most impressed with the new distronic. It gets better with every generation and I have had it from the very beginning.

Also, the car is very fast. Deceptively fast. It fits like a fine suit.

The sport pkg looks really nice in silver. The contrast with the black is pretty nice in the front. I bet white or grey would look great as well.

You think some of the finer points of the sport pkg might be lost on black?

On pictures they will be. But I think in person, they'll look good on black too.

My current S class is black with the sport package, and I can definitely see the difference and lines in person.

Looks like they shipped the same build of car to every dealer. I love the car after seeing it, the coupe will be just that much more stunning when it arrives.

If you guys like the car that is a good thing, this is a fickle bunch here.

The pics don't do it justice. The sport pkg is definitely quite breathtaking in person. Significantly more agressive in the front than on the previous car.

German Car: There may be a fickle bunch here but once you get past the noise, the info & excitement is sound.

Also, people who are putting their money where their mouth is see to be more than satisfied after these demos have started making their rounds
