In car WiFi

No one at Mbrace seems to know definitively. I think it's included in the Mbrace plus package, unlimited use. I subscribe to it in my '14 S....but find it useless as it effectively functions at what seems to be a "dial up" speed. Certainly no faster than 3G.

Actually, you need the basic mbrace package along with the Mercedes-Benz Apps package to get the in-car Wi-Fi hotspot.

The data is unlimited and at the monthly list price of around $37, it's decent considering most carriers don't offer unlimited plans.
But as OneThinkingGuy said, I can definitely attest to it being really slow even in areas with excellent coverage. Considering that 3.5G and even 4G/LTE coverage is pretty prevalent, I find it's much better to just use your phone or tablet as the Wi-Fi hotspot. You lose the unlimited bandwidth but it's a night and day difference in terms of speed.
There are rumors that MB will release an updated telematics module with LTE that can be retrofitted. If and when that happens, it may be worth getting the Apps subscription. Right now, get a tablet or a MiFi device. You'll get much faster speeds.
