I just placed an order for 2015 s550 but was given no msrp by the dealer and was told i would not receive car until August. I would like to know average time it took for delieveries of MY2014, I really don't want to wait until August.

MY15 production starts in March with release in May. As to when you will receive your car will depend on the allocation your dealer gets. After the car is produced it usually takes 2-3 weeks in transportation. Has your dealer received an allocation? Do you have a PO number yet?

My dealer has not received an allocation and I have no PO yet but he did enter the car into the system in front of me and took a 2000 dollar deposit.

Until he gets an allocation you don't have a place on line.

The next step is for MBUSA to accept the order and assign a PO number. Once you have a PO number, the car is given an estimated production date.

I am not aware of why your dealer should not already have them. My dealer has their allocations and I already have a production slot time period.

There is no right answer there. It's wait and see. My GL550 order took 9 months but my S class order was accepted by MBUSA in 1 week.
