I need some assistance in tracking my S350 BlueTec. Getting nowhere with the dealer. Planned delivery date was end April/early May, now all of a sudden delayed with 5 weeks to June. Battling to get clear answers from dealer. All they apparently know is what the system says - and that is not much and whatever it says seems unreliable too. Any (discreet) help would be much appreciated. Thanks very much.

I've asked the dealer to assist with the vessel and Bill of Lading number to track the vehicle's voyage myself but they were flabbergasted. First time ever that a client requested this info - they can't help and according to them, MBSA isn't willing to assist with this info. I'm still in the dark...
