S65 has arrived!
Really exciting day! Picked up the S65 - fabulous car, and finish. Having been driving a 2015 S550 for the last 3 weeks a few comments:
1) While the S550 is a great car to drive, the S65 power curve on the highway is just awesome
2) Pictures of the the designo semi-aniline interior do not do it justice - in feel, or finish. The grey looking leather on dash and doors is metallic - and looks just great!
3) The "bling" doesn't feel that way in person - in fact the chrome and chome wheels bring out the "muscularity" of the design
4) For those of you thinking about the upgraded Burmester system - don't! There is no comparison to the standard system

Congrats! When you get a chance, post some pictures so the rest of us can look at them with our tongues hanging out. Shoot some of the outside and the inside since that interior must be awesome.

Question: Does the s65 seem more rough on the ride then the S550. Like does it just seem a little more sporty/harsh ride.
Thanks!

Answers to questions. .
Yes - I am incompetent at uploading pictures. . will try some alternatives and open to suggestions - pics are in my downloaded files but they don't seem to drag across or attach. . ![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
On Burmester 3D - it is amazing and the base, while better than W221, doesn't compare to upgraded sound. So if you think it, I would say "do it"
On ride - yes the ride has more "feel" to it. Wouldn't call it "harsh" but, definitely can feel the road, but that is offset by magic suspension
Will add - I really like the HUD; and still amazed by power

The pics don't do it justice. . the grey on dash, doors and armrests are "metallic" and you can see it in light. The finish work is all leather - full on doors, headliner, and trim is really great

so you're saying there is no difference between the 6500 optional stereo? and the standard one?

Burmester
No - I am saying the opposite
The Burmester 3D Surround is significantly better. If you think about adding it, and have the money to do so, it is WELL worth the extra.
