They say around 94 MPG (UK) through the European cycle.
So around 78 MPG (US) or so?

So I take it you get 78MPG until you run out of charge from "plugging in the car" I'm wondering after you drive the 20-XX miles what the normal mpg will be just between regenerative braking and the hybrid engine.

Any thoughts?

In the default mode I think the system picks the most suitable fuel, like a Prius. The petrol engine can also charge the battery but I don't know when and at what situation would it do that. So after XX miles you may still have charge left, depending on how you drive.

The 20 miles figure refers to just the electricity-only mode just to be clear.

The article must have been wrong. Is there a US release date?

Not sure, trying to get that information. I was told it goes 0-60 in 5.4 seconds. that's only .6 slower than the V8 if that's true and it gets some good MPG's that's a nice ride . You will still have to tell people it's a V6 though
