Possible Issue with Mercedes Manhattan - Frontal Damage
I'll only go to the dealer for something warranty related......or for parts.....and cars
if they are repainting the bumper which I am 99% sure they are, the car will lose value when you go to sell it, anyone with a $30 ebay paint gauge will measure the paint thickness and can tell you in 2 seconds if any portion of the vehicle has been repainted.
One thing to note is that it is very common for vehicles to get damaged during transport and the dealer will fix/repaint without you ever knowing your vehicle was damaged, thats why a paint gauge is a good investment before you sign on the dotted line and walk out of the dealership with your 100K vehicle. They will never own up to it once your car leaves the dealership.

I have a very simply suggestion for you that will prove or disprove the Photoshop theory. When you get your car, pull out of the dealership and pull right back in there and ask to see the surveillance video of your car pulling out. On the surveillance video if you can see the bumper seam and the parktronic sensor you know for a fact that they altered the photo.
Given your 1 hour delay, I am fairly certain they did something to your car. There is no reason for it to take that long for them to pull the car out.
My girlfriend makes fun of me that I check all around my car when I get it back from anyone who has driven the car. I am always paranoid something like this would happen.
Everyone should consider installing a dash cam like a BlackVue. It would have recorded the entire incident and any subsequent cover-up along with the discussions that took place. If they did damage your car they should thank their lucky stars you did not have a dash cam. Imagine the embarrassment to Mercedes when the video got out, especially because this is a factory owned dealership.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

The front camera resolution is fantastic; the smaller 720p not so much.
The camera records permanently and about 6 hours during parking mode. There is an additional battery pack that can take that to 10plus hours.
It also records sound which would have been great for chucky300's situation; he would heard the driver cursing and then the MB staff discussing not to tell what happened.
There is a better camera out there now that I may buy instead; will post the model shortly.
What's cool is that you can't see that there is a camera installed from the drivers seat. It's completely hidden from view when attached to the plastic housing in front of the rear view mirror.
Edit. The other camera I am looking at is the Thinkware F550 Full HD Dashboard Camera with high-speed Cortex A8.
Will be pricey as a 2 camera system, but is a step up quality-wise

The rear was also more difficult to wire due to the folding hardtop mechanism. A 4 door sedan is super easy.

A normal car battery has no issues running both cameras for 6-8 hours.
The cameras always record, video & voice.

There simply isn't a good setup available in a 2 channel 1080p, apart from buying 2 large cameras.
Like brakes, the front cameras matter the most while the rear is there primarily for parking lot damage and vandalism. For that, 720p may suffice.
The rear camera is also much smaller (which is good for the rear window as you can't hide it behind anything). It just doesn't have the light sensitivity at night.
Is Chucky talking in the 3rd party? He or she says they sell wedding dresses but then says pops or dad might want to escalate the matter. It doesn't matter who owns this amazing S class just wondering if it's a Man or women or the father speaking.

I agree.
KG29--no need to apparently start a "fight". As a new user you really should read Chucky's prior posts and you will realize you are being foolish by what your stating/asking.
A little about me....I am a male, about 5ft 10" tall. I like pop music, Fox News, and chocolate chip pancakes.
I sell high end women's apparel. I design it, find the fabric, present to stores, take their orders, manufacture their orders, ship their orders, get paid for the orders.
I prefer the winter over the summer - the cold weather is nicer in my opinion. I have a few dogs, and collect british royal autographs.
I have been a member of MBWORLD for a long time. My father has no idea how to log on to MBWORLD.
