Hey Chucky, Even though I bought my last car at another dealership, I do service it at Brooklyn Mercedes. Everyone treats me as if I bought the car there, and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, especially Al, my service advisor !

I'm getting my mats today, on Sunday. I'm meeting the finance guy midway between our homes. I emailed the salesman on Friday to tell him that I hadn't heard from anyone about getting the title to my trade and the mats.

I hate having to remind people. It's been two weeks since I bought the car. I wonder if I will ever get my refund from my trade without nagging.
