Greetings everyone,
i have purchased a brand new S63 from the US and sent it to my home country UAE. i have been trying to connect the comand online system to internet but it keeps showing me "establishing data connection" then it goes to no network available. i reseted the whole settings to factory settings and deleted all saved bluetooth devices but it keeps showing this message as if it is trying to get the data connection from something? i tried connecting iphones and few android phones through bluetooth but it still gives me the same message.

Anyone can share a solution please?

Basically US cars command online system is programmed to connect to the internet through MBrace service not through mobile phones.

I think you can try going to Gargash service center as they may be able yo install the Middle East version of command in your car.

Of course you should enable tethering in your device.

Btw I live in Dubai too.

i tried going to EMC in Abu Dhabi, and they were kinda saying we dont know because you didnt buy the car from our showroom....

you think Gargash will be more cooperative?

I think they will do it for you since it's a service center so they are specified for this kind of things but of course they will ask for some charges.

Btw are you local ?
