^^^^All 3 cities are dangerous, certain parts of Los Angeles, CA are just as dangerous.... back on topic. The SGuard isn't a completely new vehicle, it's been around (unofficially since the late 70's early 80's) as stated in the article kings, princes, sheiks, dictators & arms dealers were the ones with enough coins to pay for them.

Very nice car. Like armored vehicles in this car Special steel components are integrated into the cavities between the body structure and the outer skin during the bodyshell stage, and aramide and polyethylene components provide additional splinter protection.
