2014 S550
2014 S550 Engine Fan Noise
Recently have started to notice the fan kicks in after about 15 minutes of stop and go driving and only increases in volume the more I drive. Dealer contends it is normal and all Mercedes' engines have ``helicopter'' sound. (Owned two previous and have not noticed that.)
My contention is:
1. I am not supposed to hear fan noise so loud that i have to turn up the radio to drown it out.
2. That Mercedes would not make a vehicle that rivals the noise levels of a Mack truck at every stoplight.
Has anyone else experienced louder than normal fan levels or engine noise in their 2014 S550?
Or do I just have an incredibly sensitive sense of hearing?

All modern Mercedes' sound like this. A Mack Truck is a good description or a drill at a aircraft plant. It is the A/C compressor that makes the most noise.
