Hey Guys, Haven't touched the S550 in 3 weeks - damn thing only has 1800 miles and purchased in 7/14. I have to drive this thing more before lease end in 1.5 years. I have been using my Chevy Volt as my main car
Anyways, got into the car to go to an appointment, and the car would let me do everything else in COMAND except input a destination, even though the car was on and in park. I tried using Voice Control and when I said "Enter destination," it told me "Data unavailable." I tried turning COMAND off/on to no avail.

Any ideas on why COMAND was being such a P.O.S.??

Do you mean it also shows the map even at your destination area but just does not accept a destination, any destination? And it has worked previously?

You could try the full reset (from COMAND menus) but most likely it has lost some hard drive content and needs to visit the workshop.
