Just saying hello

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to say hello. My parents picked up a 2015 S550 the other day. First off...WOW. One amazing ride. I'll be around this forum a lot more now looking for all the trick things about this car. So....hello everyone.

I had a set of HRE's laying around off my 221 550 so I thought I'd try them on the 222 to see how it looked. I think it looks pretty darn good. Mercedes and HRE were meant to be!

Hello!

Hopefully your parents don't mind. The last time I did modification to my parent's s550, they immediately reversed it. I straight pipped and at idle, the exhaust was explosive.

That looks super low too for a long car!

Yup. They are the 847R's. I just had them rebuilt into a step lip setup.

They liked the way the car looked with the wheels but there is no way I'd let them drive on that setup. My parents would destroy the wheels the first trip out in them.

The gold chain is in the glove box. They really do like the look but I wouldn't let them drive around with that particular setup. With the size of the wheels along with the super low profile, the wheels wouldn't last long at all.
