How much should i sell?
For example the $1,100 fridge might only be worth $350 on the used market. Meaning it kept 31.8% of its value Where the the $5,900 sport package might be worth $3,000 on the used market. Meaning it kept 50.8% of its value. Also remember that MB is highly discounting new models so that pushes the used value down.
I usually check edmunds and bluebook and average the two prices.

Here's a 2015 offered by sale by a Mercedes dealer for the asking price of $87,xxx. Granted it may not have all the options you have but it has fewer miles.

If I had to guess a range not knowing much about the options your car has, I'd say you are in the range of about $82K-87K. If you get a reasonable offer close to that range, I suggest that you take it.

Hopefully you can sell your car at 95-97k. This certainly depends on your local market. However, that price car MY 15 I can buy with no miles (new) right now for about $100k. Also you need to factor in how long you will need to hold the car for sale with keeping in mind that the value will drop atleast $1500 per month. Another thing to consider is whether or not your state allows you to exclude from the taxable sale the value for the trade in. In PA that is $5500-$6000 less in sales tax if you trade the vehicle in vs. outright sale and a new purchase.
Good luck!

If I were you, Id take that 91K and run. It actually seems like a reasonable offer. You might get a bit more selling private party but a buyer might try to drive a hard bargain and if it takes you 2 months to sell your car, you've already lost another $4K in depreciation and by then the 2016s might be coming out.
Also realize with a used car, options are not worth the same price you paid for them... Some options like the wine bottle cooler that takes away valuable trunk space might actually be undesirable for some.
I was suggesting (humorously) that you sell 65% of the car and keep the other 35%.

Your car is actually worth around 82-85k. I had a 2015 with 4k on the odometer with 117,XXX MSRP and I got 88k for mine last month. There is trunk money right now on the new 2015's which would bring the 117K cars down to 103K brand new. I would take that into consideration when pricing your car. When I priced my car for 95K, I didn't get one phone call.

Btw, thanks all for your comments
What are you replacing the 550 with?
