may I ask what is a s63 kit? is it different exhaust or just the tips? are there any engine mods? Do you buy it from Me/Bz? does it impact your warranty?

thanks

Since i had sport package already, i had to replace front bumper and rear diffuser with tips only.
No it doesnt affect warranty because its only cosmetic

You might want to put the finishing touch on it and get new wheels and maybe the silver strip on the side skirts...

Nice job

If I would put S63 and V8 badges on it then yeah. Also i have this thing that I cant just have car and not constantly do anything to it, like you could see with my previous cars, always itching to put new rims, bodykit, lowering etc. And then second i didnt put it to make it look like s63, just really like the front bumper its bigger and makes it look more aggressive.

Now your car looks like it goes really fast, but the real AMG cars that CAN go really fast, are pretty much always stuck in traffic, just as I am in my "Plain Jane" S550, that can go way faster and way quicker than anyone in their right, adult mind would want to go on public streets and highways anyway, so what's the point? I guess you just like looking like you are going fast when you are standing still. Am I right or am I right or am I right?

Sorry, I just couldn't resist. Nice looking car.

Your car looks quite nice, and I was pleased to see you left the 550 on and didn't go the de-badged look trying to hide what the car really is.

Nice upgrade Arlen777.

Exhaust would really open up the 550...and it'd look stock with those tips

Replacing the bumpers for a better, sportier look has nothing to do with posing (unless AMG badges are showing up). Looks great!

This is after all why many of us got the sport package in the first place; just makes the car look better.

Some of the criticism here appears overdone...

Thanks, actually the rear diffuser made a big difference to me, it has so much life in the back now

I am not a mechanic but I assumed that if you bought a s63 exhaust that the car would have a little more get up and go. Just like when you push the button in the center console the car is just a little quicker. I do not think I would change the tips alone. They do look nice but if it does not add to the performance it seems like a lot of time going to a workshop and waiting only for looks. This is only my opinion and I agree that we all have our priorities.

If I saw 2 identical cars and one had quad tips and the other did not I would buy the one with quad tips because I agree that they look nicer.

I found new exhaust system online but it is 7500 just for the parts!

Installing quad tips is quick and costs little as the tips are not connected to the exhaust as they used to... It does take a different diffuser as the tips are wider.
