good luck
Yeah, I always prefer to fight these things over the phone or by email. I just wanted to get my car and get out of there. Boy, getting back into my S after a day in a C250 was a very welcome relief!

I'm trying to imagine what could have caused a "micro" hole like that....

Something that small and pointed, that made it through the grill to pierce just that part, well, seems like almost impossible?

Much more likely it was defective, in my mind

haha! I can only imagine what a C250 would be like after becoming accustomed to the S
I've said it many times: I do love getting back in my S after a weekend with the CLS

That's the way I felt getting out of my '04 SL after a half day of running around with the top down. There may be lots of complaints about the W222, but being uncomfortable will never be one of them--unless, of course, if the A/C dies.

This is ridiculous. What dealer? Did they try to get it covered and MBUSA turned it down, or they didn't even try?

They didn't try. MB Laguna Niguel. Yeah, not too happy about it, but I'm confident I'll get it covered.
