Dash brightness favor

Dealer is trying to convince me otherwise

When you're outside in sunlight, does turning your dash brightness actually adjust the brightness or does it do nothing

If you can post a video, that would be even better

I tried it today at lunch in the sunlight. Mine did nothing. I seem to remember that it adjusted the brightness at night. I will have to check it in the dark.

Thank you, maybe I am losing it but thought I used to be able to adjust it even in daytime

Night time hasn't been an issue

Any others? Don't leave MT and I all alone.

It's simple, just try to adjust your dash brightness with that knob by the screen when you're driving in the day time.

I feel like the recent update killed it.

Hey Jenz, I still owe you, but dealer still has my car..... They do NOT have a solution as to why the car cannot park itself and hits the curb 90% of the time. It seems MB is aware of this and not solution as of yet...

Hope you get your answer....

You could never adjust brightness with the knob during daytime until the sun starts to set where it automatically dims itself. That is the only time where the knob works while the sun is still up.
