Cant reset service reminder

Cant reset service reminder
Instructions say trip should stay for 5 sec. after pressing OK. It goes away at once when you hit OK. I dont get the chance to press Phone call accept and then within 1 sec press press and hold OK.
Vehicle is a S550 2015 222. Help please.

You are supposed to press OK when you have the list of top level menus and browsed the to the "trip" row. Once you have selected the trip menu with OK, you should press "accept phone call" immediately followed by OK.
I interpret your description as if you pressed OK after you already entered the trip menu while at that point you should start with the "accept phone call" button.
Remember to close the hood and doors too before the reset procedure.
