Hey guys,

Just picked up a 2016 S550. One thing i'm pretty disappointed on is that I'm not getting any album art via bluetooth connection. Pandora, Tidal, etc would always show the album art in newer BMW's and some other makes but I can't get it to show up on my S. Any ideas?

 

Pandora, Bluetooth, USB connected all shows album art in S series.

 

Android works over bluetooth, but I found out that if you have saved music on your iPhone i.e. downloaded music from the streaming services, the album art will display even over bluetooth. Tried this with apple music. Don't know if the others will work the same way, though.

 

I use Pandora with an iPhone and the album art is present while plugged in and streaming. So there's that.
