Anyone have any experience with the new 9 speed.Hope its better than the 7.Mine is better after a "hard reset" by dealer at 24k.Still clunky on coast down when cold.5 to 4 can still be rough.Better "adaptability" to different driving styles. However,IMO, still the weakest system in the car.Mine was not subject to TSB No.2015030002.

the 5->4 downshift coasting clunk is a well known issue Benz loves to sweep under the rug

google "peterubers mbworld harsh"

the 9 speed could be great or could have its own clunkiness

Three bulletins have released to date (see attachments). Importantly, if tech has not already done so a PTSS case (MB technical support) should be created.
