2nd Battery? 2014 - 2016 S-Class

2014 S550 AMG, 2017 XT5
2nd Battery? 2014 - 2016 S-Class
Does the 2014 thru 2016 S-Class 550 (222) have a 2nd Battery, and if so, where is it located.

I know on the older models, the Main is in the Trunk and the Backup in in the engine bay Passenger Side.

Technically yes, but not like the 221. The 222 has the main battery in the trunk floor, and a small auxiliary battery in the right panel of the trunk for the ECO mode system. No starter battery under the hood like the old ones.

There will be an auxillary battery failure message on the dash.
